Shipping Policy – GoGrand Bazaar

Shipping Information:

• Global Delivery: All orders are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey, using DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.

• Fast Worldwide Shipping: We ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are.

Shipping Rates & Rules:

• Shipping Fee: $9.90 (up to 2 kg / 4.4 lbs)

• Minimum Order Amount: $85

• Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days from dispatch* (Please note: Weekends and public holidays in Turkey are not considered business days.)

Estimated Delivery Times:

• United Kingdom: 1-3 business days (after dispatch)

• Europe: 1-3 business days (after dispatch)

• United States / Canada: 2-4 business days (after dispatch)

• Rest of the World: 2-5 business days (after dispatch)

Shipping Calculation: Shipping fees depend on the weight of your order and the delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your country information.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

• You can track your order using the provided link.

• We will keep you informed via email at every stage of the delivery process.

Can I cancel my order?

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

• Once dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify your order. For returns, please refer to our Return Policy.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

• We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been shipped.

• If you need to make an address change, please contact us before receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Taxes and Duties:

• We cover all taxes and duties for the following region: United States.

• For other regions, any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's customs regulations before placing your order. This includes:

  • United Kingdom

  • Gulf Countries (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar)

Damaged Items:

• All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged, contact us immediately and file a damage report with the shipping company.

• We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if the damage occurred during transit.

• 2.3 lbs - 4.4 lbs (2 kg): $22.99

• Up to 3 kg: $25.99

• Up to 8.8 lbs (4 kg): $27.99

• Up to 5 kg: $24.99

• Up to 6 kg: $29.99

• Up to 7 kg: $34.99

• Up to 8 kg: $39.99

• Up to 9 kg: $44.99

• Up to 10 kg: $49.99

• Up to 15 kg: $64.99

• Up to 18 kg: $75.99

• Up to 30 kg: $99.99

The minimum shipping fee for orders over $40 is $9.99, which covers packages up to 2 kg.
