Return Policy Overview:

    You can return most products (excluding perishable goods) within 30 days of delivery.

    All returned items must be in unused, unwashed condition, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

    If the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you at your expense.

    You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Ensure it is properly packed to avoid any damage during return shipping.

    Shipping charges and return handling fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

    During "Free Shipping" promotions, you are still responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:

    Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully.

    If you notice any damage or defects, contact us immediately.

    If damage occurred during shipment, please do not accept the delivery. Request a damage record from the carrier.

    Once accepted, we assume that the delivery has been fulfilled without issue.

Return Process:

    If you wish to return an item, contact us at our support email with the product details and reason for return.

    Return items in their original packaging along with the invoice.

    Use an express shipping service of your choice (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.), and keep the tracking number. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Exchanges:

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. To receive a new item, please return the original product and make a separate purchase for the replacement.

Non-Refundable Items:

    Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom orders (personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products).

    We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

    Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

    Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
