Premium Ethiopia Filter Coffee

KuruKahveci Mehmet Efendi is one of Turkey's most famous and best-quality coffee producers which offers you filtered coffee varieties. Grounded coffee beans are sealed to preserve aroma and freshness for at least two years. 

Coffee from Ethiopia is known for its bright fruited and floral flavors. These coffees typically have a higher acidity, light to medium body, and complex flavor notes.

Preparation:

1) Boil at least 600 grams of water.

2) Place the filter in the dripper

3) Slightly moisten the filter.

4) Wait 1-2 minutes then add 30 grams (roughly three tablespoons) of coffee to the filter and level the surface. Place the dripper on a glass carafe, place the entire setup on a digital scale and zero it.
